Sustainability at Reece

At Reece, we think long term. We want to deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers, our people and our business. Sustainability is embedded in how we work, driven by our customer-led vision and shaped by insights from our customers, team and other stakeholders.

Our approach

Our sustainability strategy has three focus areas. Our first pillar, Building a better world for our customers, is where Reece can lead and have the biggest impact. Our Be our best and Do the right thing pillars are our foundations; areas of ongoing responsibility and continuous improvement. Together, they shape how we run our business and contribute to a better society.

That means creating a more inclusive workforce where everyone feels they belong, maintaining an ethical and transparent supply chain, reducing the waste our business generates, and taking practical steps to reduce our carbon footprint.

Our goal is to achieve Net Zero by 2050, and we’re targeting a 35% reduction in Scope 2 emissions from our FY21 baseline by 2030.
