Georgina Williams has announced her retirement from the Board of Reece Group. She has decided not to stand for re-election at the 2020 Annual General Meeting.

Georgina has served through one of our most historic and transformational periods in Reece history. A time which saw us expand into the US through the acquisition of MORSCO in 2018, extend our footprint to the South Island of New Zealand, and broaden our presence in Southern California.

A valued member of our Board for three years, Georgina has also served on the Group’s Audit Committee. She will continue her responsibilities as a Non-Executive Director at Sunsuper, UN Women Australia and Lifestyle Communities.

Alan Wilson, Chair of the Reece Board, said “We thank Georgina for her contribution over the last three years, and wish her all the best for the future.”

Mr Wilson added, “During this unprecedented period of uncertainty, we won’t immediately look to replace the position. We will carefully reassess our make-up, before adjusting the Board composition.”
