Bushfire rebuild supported by Reece Grant

That’s why, as part of Reece’s Bushfire Relief Commitment, the Reece Grant will direct all funds raised until 30 June 2020 to projects rebuilding communities. On top of what’s raised, we’ve kick started the fund with a $150,000 donation.

The Australian bushfire crisis has been catastrophic. According to the Australian Government, more than 17 million hectares have been destroyed so far. That’s equivalent to an area the same size as Florida in the US.

Beyond what’s needed now, there will be a long-term impact as each community looks to rebuild.

If you, or a tradie you know is volunteering to help rebuild a community affected by the Australian bushfires, you can apply here for a grant to assist.

“Many of our customers are giving up their time to help bushfire affected communities rebuild. We want to support them while they support the community.” Said Lizzy Geremia, Chief Communications Officer at the Reece Group.

The Reece Bushfire Relief Commitment goes beyond immediate support, to assist the long-term rebuild efforts.
