Sasha Nikolic has joined the Reece Limited Board from 1 July 2024, as both Managing Director and Group President.

Sasha is an experienced executive and finance leader.  He joined Reece in 2009 working in operations, where he developed a deep understanding of our business fundamentals and our customers. Over two decades with Reece, he has gained invaluable experience serving in leadership roles in both the ANZ and US markets and has led strategic acquisitions – including the Actrol business in ANZ and MORSCO in the US. Most recently, as CEO of the Reece USA business, Sasha successfully led the integration of the MORSCO business, the Reece brand rollout, and led the team to deliver record results and performance.  

Peter Wilson, Group CEO, said, “After six successful years of leading our US business, Sasha has strong knowledge across both of our markets and in his broader remit, working closely with me, will enable us to accelerate the execution of our strategy across the Group.” 

Sasha will oversee all aspects of strategy implementation and performance for the Reece Group, with input and mentorship from Peter Wilson. His appointment in the newly created role will provide further resource and capacity at the Group level, supporting the expansion of Peter Wilson’s role to Chair, in addition to his current role as CEO.
