We've always focussed on doing the right thing. We know that we have a responsibility to keep improving, build a better business and contribute to a better society.
As a business, we want to reduce our carbon footprint in a practical and commercial way.
Our goal is to achieve ‘Net Zero’ by 2050. We are also targeting delivering a 35% reduction in our Scope 2 emissions from our FY21 baseline by 2030.
The construction and trade industries can be high contributors to landfill waste. Tackling this is a priority for us and we know it matters to our customers too.
We are focused on improving waste diversion in our business and tackling waste at the source, working with suppliers on product packaging and increasing product circularity.
We want our team and customers to be sure that they can trust the products they buy from Reece, and we know we have a responsibility to make sure our business and supply chain have minimised their risk of modern slavery.

We continue to work collaboratively with our suppliers and our industry to address this important issue. We are working to refine our approach, deliver continuous improvement and work towards maintaining an ethical and sustainable supply chain.
Our approach is set out in our Modern Slavery statement.
We know that a diverse and inclusive workforce can achieve more. We want to develop and celebrate an environment with a diverse range of views, backgrounds, genders and cultures, and where everyone feels included.

Operating in an industry that has traditionally been male-dominated, gender diversity is our biggest challenge . We want to build a pipeline of gender diversity from the ground up. We have a Gender Equality Action Plan in ANZ which we are evolving into a broader inclusion strategy that will help inform and shape how we improve inclusion, gender equality and equal opportunities for all team members at Reece.
We also have a range of Reece employee networks established to champion and inform inclusion throughout Reece, including Reece Pride and Women@Reece.
We believe we have a meaningful role to play in creating a more equitable Australia. This belief has inspired our journey towards reconciliation and driven the development of our Reconciliation Action Plans.

We are committed to working with First Nations peoples - listening, learning, and gaining a greater understanding of the role Reece can play in moving toward a more equitable Australia.
Our business is founded on relationships. We are embedded in the communities where we operate, and we have long-standing relationships with our customers, suppliers, and within the broader construction industry. It's through these relationships and partnerships that we believe we can have the most impact, leveraging our sphere of influence to promote reconciliation through our ways of working to influence change.
